SCHOOL VISION: Properly train students to become
an excellent Nurse Assistant by adhering to all the state policies for CNA
schools.
GOAL: The
goal of my research is to find new and consistent ways of assessing, evaluating
and collecting data for students in a CNA Institute as it will comply with the
state’s policies & regulations.

members and propose an entrance assessment based on the policies stated in
the guide.

through students’ files and make sure everything is complete and adheres to
