This weeks focused on collaborating to come
up with the final plans to helps our students become successful.
There are different ways to participate in students’
success, whether it’s for you or for someone else; Most times the person has to
work hard for success and sometimes the person might not work as hard as the
next person; also what one person considers successful might not be the same
for another person; sometimes success is based on the person’s mind frame, the
person’s background or upbringing and the expectations that the person set for
him/her self.
The quote also caught my attention
because as an educator my most happiness comes from helping my students become
successful.
